How do I get rid of blue food colouring from mindees fingers?

Help, managed to get some off, but the ends of her fingers are now blue:panic:

Will bicarbonate of soda work?

That's the last time I use blue food colouring in the gloop!

Blue food colouring is horrible stuff. It will wear off eventually. I'm sure the parents will understand :)
