You may remember about 5-6 weeks ago I went on what I thought was a Basic Food Hygiene Course but turned out to be a whole lot more complicated with lots of long Latin words :panic:
Well I'd completely put the horrid 6 hour experience behind me and forgot all about it. So was shocked to find a lovely certificate in the post today with a nice big PASS on it :D
The Certificate says 'Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering' - it almost makes it sound like I can cook!! :eek:

Oh, my bfriend's got that starting tomorrow for his work..
I won't mention the long Latin words or he might not go :laughing:

Well done. :clapping: I have that on my certificate but my course didnt sound half as horrific as yours with latin words and such:eek:

I think the bloke we had was a pain in the **** to be true. Most couses I've done the lecturer tries to makes it all jolly and relaxed ........... this bloke was 'up himself' and pompus - loved all the lond words for al the germs and bugs :angry: .

thats the same one that i passed last week but have to say i think i got the better deal as the lady that took it was very nice and helpful even told as straight away wether we had passed or not so we didn't have to wait like you have had to do
