Operational Plan

I now there are other posts about it but I'm stuck...

I'm about to do my operational plan, but I don't get it!
Is it something I write up of what I plan to do in a typical week?
Could someone please explain it to me or know where I could find out about it or even ring & speak to someone about it.
I live in Wales and will be under cssiw.
