Ok i have an account with halifax that i hadnt used so was going to use that for my cm

Well....the parent i have at the moment pays cash...so i have been putting it into joint which is with lloyds as that is down tge road where as with halifax i have to drive to go to the bank which is inconveinient....

My question is..will i be in trouble for this? I have details of my income by receipts i have a copy of that i give parents (i use receipt carbon print book) and also i give parents invoices.......

No dont worry there is no need for a separate account for childminding. Just keep your accounts book up to date etc.

Up to you where you pay the money into, just keep good records. If you have a seperate account for childminding business it just makes it clearer for you but then you have to move money around again to put it into the account that you pay for everything non-childminding...
