iam registering my son as an assitant

i am registering my son as an assitant do i have to pay him !!!!!! he gets free board and lodgings i run a motor bike for him so do i have topay him if he helps me as i think he gets more than enough out of me ????

Why not pay him n then tell him now hes earning he has to pay for the bike? Lol. Could even be the same amount? Cheeky i know x
