Hi. My initial visit must be on 21 January. I am little bit confused, because all what i receive from Ofsted is CRB checks. My adviser tells me about questionnaire:huh: form. She write me as follows: - It's good news that you are having your inspection as this means that your registration is getting closer.
You need to download the questionaire from the Ofsted Website.Print it off and complete.For your inspection, you will need to have the completed questionnaire. that is the main thing you need in place.'
I don't knew how called this form and where to download.
