What to put in portfolio?

Hi Everyone.

I'm about to start my portfolio and get all my poilcys, permissions slips etc drafted together.

What do you put in the portfolio for the parents to see?
Do they take this away with them to read/keep?
Do you have a seperate portfolio for parents to take away with them and one to keep in your file?
Do you put permissions slips in with the folders and how do you go about having copies for yourself and the parents?

Sorry for all the questions I'm a bit confused where to start and what to give them!!:eek:

im doing mine too hun and bit stuck lol , ive written abit about me and my family, pets etc, where went to school, how long been house, etc

i am then putting all my certs i feel i wan tin there, then copy of my policys and procudures, refrances from ppl i have looked after kids for and just a charter ref too.

also days times and price, where pic up from etc

all i got for now

oh yea forgot to say also what your offering lol ... and will you offer breakie,lunch etc if so will u charge how much
