I have put all mine on a spreadsheet and just email to parents and get them to sign a checklist to say they have read and understood dies anyone else do this and would this be acceptable

i give my parents printed copies, but yes, i get them to sign a list of policies to say they have a copy and have read them!

Dawn you are in Scotland - the requirements and regulations are different there so I'm not sure you should worry if you do things differently from English minders.
i would say as long as parents see and read them and sign to say they have read and understood them then you are fine :D
