Does anyone know where I would find the changes to the eyfs for nurseries/other eyfs providers?

From what I've discussed with other minders your certificate numbers now do not apply it is up to you to ensure you numbers are ok if you need a variation it's on continuity of care and I think you also need permission and opinions of the parents of the children in your care. You can also have more than one under 1yr but again need permission from other parents and need to be able to explain how yOu will manage. I think that's how I understood it, I haven't received my letter yet....... X

It's a standard letter - we will all have one eventually...

It is just saying that you will be getting a new certificate in the next few weeks. They are removing all your conditions of registration so you will have to refer to the EYFS from now on to find out what you can / cannot do.

But is this for nurseries too? I'm trying to find out find differences cms have to do from nurseries within the eyfs :)
