Milk refund payments

Just a quick query!

I have just set up with milk4childminders, and doing my accounts for November. What do I put in the milk refund payment box? As they deliver the milk but they claim the payment, but I'm guessing I still have to put something in the box.

I'm sure I read that they claim 26p per 1/3 pint. So do I just add up what has been claimed?

I think you only put in any money received from the milk department themselves. So if you are using a company that supplies your milk entitlement then you put nothing in it. It is for money you are actually having returned to you from putting in your claim for milk costs.
