hi here I am again, seem to have lots of dilemas of late !
so parent wants 4 days for 2 weeks then the third week will be 3 days, have agreed to only charge 2 weeks at 4 days and third week at 3 days as work is so low around here but how do I put this on the contracts? normaly I put days and hours in the time part then if needed I write wether its termtime only or school holiday hours in the 'other' box , is it ok to put it in the same box that the third week will be 3 days only?
