We are two young childcare practitioners, who have a Level 3 diploma in Childcare, with high expections for the future.
We would like to set up a childminding setting, we both have experience with a wide range of both ages and abilities; as the course we completed included many hours spent in a placement, ranging from nurserys to primary schools.
We really value being a part of providing children with essential care and learning oppurtunities and appreciate the importance of including the parent/carer in planning to meet the childrens needs.
We have devised a plan to ensure we are able to persue our idea to the best of our ability, providing vital oppurtunities for everybody involved.
After considering every aspect, we have one concern, we are both 19 years of age and wonder whether this may concern some parents/carers; we respect these thoughts but believe we are capable of providing as good care as other childminders of any age.

Feedback please.
Thankyou!
