How long for certificate?

Hi all, I just wondered how long it took after your pre-reg visit for your certificate to come through? Or in other words, how long should i wait before i ring and bug them about it?

My friend's just arrived today and her pre-reg was about 10 days ago or so. I'd wait 2 weeks before phoning.

Hiya,Im not sure about the new ones, mine came in a week, but because they are updating all certificates since the revised eyfs there may be a delay. Look at rickysmiths thread about new info. Its on todays page of threads xx

I was 4 weeks after my pre-reg but am in scotland, the inspector was on holiday after my pre-reg and also had a backlog although all in all I was 3 and a bit months in total to register so can't complain!

Mine was issued 16 days later and arrived after 19 days. If your pre-reg inspection was done by a contracted company then Ofsted will not chase them up until after 14 days have passed. :)
