I cannot for the life of me, even begin to understand how my sparkly friend must have felt today!!

She returned for her second smear after the 'glittergate' contamination episode, deciding to see the same doctor as she knew she would have to face him at some time so.....

in she walks and this is how the conversation went.....

Doc - Oh hello my dear how nice to see you again!
Sparkles - erm, yes erm I erm feel a bit awkward erm..
Doc- really, why's that dear
Sparkles - after my last erm visit...
Doc - now I hope you havent been worrying yourself
Sparkles - Im not worrying about the test result.
Doc - Oh thats good so what are you worrying about?:D
Sparkles - erm...you know...the umm....glitter thing...
Doc - Well my dear, its not something I see everyday but to be honest it rather cheered me up!:D

At this point my dear friend said she suddenly got a major fit of the giggles quickly followed by the Doc joining her. She said she could tell he was trying to be professional but everytime he regained his composure she cracked up again which in turn started him off again! Anyway she explained the whole sparkly saga and she said he was brilliant about it.

So my friends new motto is now....let your bits, forever glitz!!!!

She also asked me to say thanks to you lot for making her laugh so much!!!

If you find your bits are glittery
Don’t worry , do not fuss
Just flash your bits around the place
We won’t laugh
Oh no , not us

We’ll give advice and helpful stuff
You’ll be glad we’re in the know
One last piece of advice my dear
Last bit before you go

You should share the blingy glitter
And post a pic on Twitter

That's brilliant! I wonder if he discussed it on the doc's equivalent of our forum!

Just searched for 'glittergate' and can't find the original thread. I think I can guess/remember how it started but would love to see the original thread - or do they get deleted after a while?
