Talking among childminders!! Has anyone been told to remove their large trampoline from the garden even though it isn’t used for childminding children?

I have a 12ft trampoline and no I wasn't told to remove it just reminded by ofsted if I did use it with childminding I must follow the safety instructions and have safety net in place and in working order, the safety instructions are printed on the safety matting which says no children under 6 and only one child at a time.

I had to remove my climbing frame or dig down and put bark all round it (which would have destroyed my garden)...
I've not heard of anyone being asked to remove climbing frames though - just make sure risk assessments are in place and it is safe following manufacturers instructions.
If you are unsure you should always check with your insurance company :D
