can someone please clarify that if you have minded children in full time school (reception) in my case, we do not have to do obs, planning and assessment, but would be nice to do a scrapbook of their work and photos etc but again not compulsory, so as long as we are doing the legal stuff ie. contracts, permissions etc, no other paperwork is needed.
