Ofsted Application Form

Hi,

I have been filling out the application forms for Ofsted. My LA gave them to me and I have just noticed that it is the EYC Form April 2010......will this matter? Or does it need to be the new one thats dated 2012??

Just to be safe I would print the new one off the ofsted website.

It looks like they've changed the form a bit so I would download the new one to be on the safe side as you wouldn't want your application to be delayed if they won't accept the old one anymore.

I'm thinking about applying online.

I understand that I need my own gateway login and to fill out a EYC

My partner needs his own gateway login and to fill out an EY2

My sister who will be helping in the holidays her own gateway login and to fill out an EY2


How do they then go on to get the Health Declaration? Does anyone know who has applied online before?
