Today I am going to meet my first before/ after school child at his school and go and see how he plays at home upon signing contracts this friday!:) I am going to take the following paperwork with me to get signed etc so we only have the contract to go through on friday child record form, record of child's indidvidual needs form, school aged initial questionnaire, permission forms plus P & P's on CD and form to say mum has read them. I've also got letters for the school for mum to sign so I can keep in contact with the school and I do have 'all about me' booklet but thats with the learning journey or scrapbook i am going to do with the child.

I am just wondering how do you present your paperwork to parents? I.E in a plastic wallet, or folder etc.

Hiya, I put mine in a folder with plastic sleeves. Though dont give complete policies - just an condensed/summary version of them so that they dont get scared off with too much to go through. Also have a information about me and my setting which I leave with them to read at their leisure, cos there is always questions they dont think of to ask afterwards. Ive attached a list of the sections6522 hope this helps :)

I email most of my documents - just give my 'welcome booklet' and a few other bits :D

I put all paperwork for parents in a swing clip file with a covering letter telling them what I need back and what is theirs to keep.

Good luck, hope it all goes well for you
