One off INSET day care

Hi,
A parent has asked if I can have her child for a school INSET day. I have said yes as I have the space but am now wondering what I need to do in the way of contracts etc... Do I need one for just a day? Thanks in advance!

I know its a pain but i would still fill in the the whole kit and Kaboodle...you never know they may use you again and its best to know you have covered everything incase something goes wrong

I make up my own form combining a child record form, permission forms and a contract. I just look through for the bits that are relevant and put them all in one form.
Even just for one day's care you still need all the contact details, doctor's details, permissions etc, but you don't need the bits from the contract about late payment, notice period, settling in period etc.
