hi guys!! This is the best place i can think of.
Im currently sat down, with free time (hurrahh) so i intend to get LOADS done!!
Im a bit nervous of what things i need... and would like you fellow CMs input!!
So far i have created the following.
All my policies
All my risk assessments
All permission forms i feel i will need
Attendance register
medicine administration form
accident form
smoke detector check
visitor sign in log
other forms i know i want are
child details (name of child and parents and emergency details and medical details - do i need anything else on it??)
Contract
are there any other forms i may need to use???
also i am going to do my planning ready today (any tips on how to do this :S)
and i will create a prospectus for parents
is there anything i am missing??
my background is nursery nursing but its a little rusty and sometimes i just need that heads up that yep u need this!
Any help would be great!!!!!
