Hi just wondered if anyone is vat registered or even if it's allowed/worth it as a childminder. Just started up so want to be clear on a few things. Thanks in advance ;)

No - childminders do not need to be VAT registered :D

Childcare is exempt from VAT and you cannot claim VAT in respect of exempt supplies so there would be no point.
