What hours/days does she want?
What does she expect childminding to be like - her expectations of you
Have the children been in childcare elsewhere?
Talk about the children, any health or other issues, likes and dislikes
Talk about you and the setting, what you do where you go, how you liase and work closely with the parents
umm my mind has gone blank

She'll probably have a list of questions for you ... and the conversation can flow from there.
Squeaky has given the basic stuff ... anything else you can find out about the child is good.
Good luck! :D

Congratulations!!
I was a nanny to twins who were 12 months when i started. They are such fun. They are going to be 4 in September and I still have them every now and then as a favour to mum and dad.
Enjoy!!!
