question on tax return

Hi there all you tax experts. I'm trying to do my return for 2011/2012. It keeps showing an error and saying their records show an underpayment and asking for a figure but I don't know where to find this. Anyone got any ideas. could it be the extra bit I had to pay on the first instalment in January or the few pence extra i paid to round up my payment

Yes I checked the last two returns and it says I don't owe anything to date. I have gone back to the beginning and put yes but i have no documents for evidence. So I went on to see what would happen and the next check list come up that everything had been input right, showing no errors! I've now got a final calculation but I think I might ring on monday before I actually submit it. I did wonder if the website wasn't working properly and couldn't see that I had actually paid what I owed. First time I've had a problem doing my return in 14 years and wanted out of the way today and ticked off my list
