Over 5s

I am coming of the early years register and will now be caring for over 5s only.What policies,paperwork ect do i need for this age group?Im thinking that its all the same but without the eyfs paperwork ect.Do i still need to record activities?Feel like im starting all over again here!!Please help if you can!Thankyou Jake:D
