New certificate

Hi has anyone had their new certificate yet, I really need mine as son is now school age so gives me another space, on certificate it reads two under 5's at mo. i know I could do a variation but really don't see why I should just because they cant get themselves organised. I've emailed them an they haven't even replied.

I spoke to ofsted on the phone and they said they will be starting to issue all the new certificates in October.
