How do you all do your play plans. I have a one but I am not really liking it, seems too complicated.

I have a diary were i write what they have done, if they liked it, what was adult led , what was child led and just make notes against each child about what i can provide for next steps then on the wall i have a big picture of a foot with their names on it and spidergraph out from each name the things i am going to do with them ( dont go into much detail just put cars if the next step was to do painting with cars etc, really trying to make it much more simple and cut back on the paperwork side of things)
