Hi guys, have just done my 1st aid and buying my cypop5 online tomoz, i keep reading stuff and eyfs and a sef? what do i need to know about these?! also all your policies, contracts etc how do you decide what goes in them? do you get a guideline or put what you like in? many thanks! :)

Have you been to your local pre registration meeting was there someone local who would be able to support you? When I registered I had to attend a local course which ran over 8 weeks where we learnt all about the basics.

Look on the forum for the section Sarah neville, then buy her e books, you can't go wrong with Sarah.

all will be explained on your training course hon. meantime have a look at the foundation years website. it explains things really well for parents and childcarers and you can download the EYFS framework from there.
SEF is your ofsted self assessment document - i wouldn't worry about this just yet.
