Characteristics of Effective Learning

Hi, Im tying myself in knots with including these in planning! :o
Do I actually have to refer to them on my planning sheets or can I just use them as part of an evaluation?

I think generally ive got the gist but when I hear other CMs I begin to doubt myself!
Bought an E book too today so hopefully I will better equipped!:)
