Hi everyone,

Am updating my Complaints Record form and have accessed the form written by Sarah in the free resources. Under the headings of Nature of Complaint I notice that a Health section does not appear. Am I right in thinking that it should be there or I am going completely bonkers with all this paperwork?

I have put it all together under 'safeguarding and welfare' with safeguarding linked to child protection and welfare linked to health.

If I'd included every single subsection the list would have taken up the entire page :laughing:
