Pre-reg visit and eyfs activity planning questions?

On the pre-reg booklet it asks to plan an activity that supports each of the 7 areas of learning for a young child and 4 year old...how many examples do I need to give?

Have my visit tomorrow...mind keeps going blank I'm sure I'm going to mess it up!

I have written a couple of examples for each age. Good luck for tomorrow, am still waiting for my date.
