Quick Question

Im just updating my LJ's to fit in with the New EYFS.

I want to do a new Child Record Form as I am starting a new LJ for each child. Would it be ok to make my own up similiar to the ones the NCMA provide or do they have to be from the NCMA or Morton Michel? If anybody can answer quickly please I'm doing them now.

You can do as you like, make your own up if you want to....

Up to you - just make sure they contain all the information required by the EYFS 2012 :D
