Hi Everyone!
I have my inspection this week and I was wondering if everyone knows if I should have my certificates at the ready? will the inspector want to see them? Do they ask what courses you have done?

Showing certificates is one way you can show off to the inspector about how clever you are...

Yes definitely show them ALL your certificates

They also like to know what training you are planning in the future so have a think about what courses you might like to do

Yes definately show your certificates.

My inspector was pleased to see that I do so much training and that I am willing to keep my knowledge up to date and to learn new skills etc.

I also map out what training I would like to have across the year and what courses I would like to go on.....especially if I identify a weakness in that area.

The Inspector liked that too and said that I was Pro-active about my own development.
