Quick Q re seperated parents...

I have my first mindee starting when school goes back :happydance:. I have met little girls mum, who told me that the first week childs dad will be collecting her (they are seperated and share custody).

As I have never met him, just wondering what you usually do for the first time? Should I ask for a password or ask him a question when he arrives (ie daughters middle name or DOB), or should I actually meet him before I start minding the little girl?

I would ask mum for a password. I do request meeting anyone collecting before hand, although sometimes this is not possible.
