No. I just include a line in my Health and Safety Policy saying that I carry out Risk Assessments on my home, garden, cars and outings.

My RA policy says that I will continue to RA all areas of my house, garden and all outings to ensure children are kept safe.
it goes on to set out how I do my RAs and why they are so important.
