Safeguarding policy - complaint against childminder

Hi, I had my first Ofsted inspection on Monday and one of the actions I have had from it is to include the procedure for if a complaint is made against me, in my Safeguarding policy. What do I need to include? Would it be to inform Ofsted (if the complaint hasn't gone through them), contact parents to collect any children I may have at the time and inform them that a complaint has been made, tell parents I won't be able to look after their children until all is sorted?

Have a look on Bromley Childminding association website. look under Policies and procedures for childminders. There are lots of policies there and are a great start to help you word your Allegations policy.
