does anyone have a home contact book/diary for children who are not in the early years and what do you include in it?

Sorry, I don't do diary/contact books for children not in early years. I discuss with parents, and anything specific that happens (such as incidents etc) are written down, given to parents to sign and that goes in their folder.

I would if requested by parents or if the child was disabled and / or unable to share info about their day with parents.
Just a few notes about how the child has been / what they've done / eaten etc.
