Hi, I have worked out I can have another child in the EYFS with an assistant. I can't remember which form I have to fill in to apply for it? is it the variation form? thanks

It was... but it's probably best if you check with Ofsted because I think things are changing and there is some confusion just now.
Make sure you get whatever they say in writing! :D
