Once a child starts in full time 10 sessions a week school we no longer have to deliver the full EYFS - this is a new rule in the EYFS 2012 from Sept.

Once children leave the EYFS (end of reception year) we no longer have to deliver any of the EYFS.

The child comes under the Childcare Register regulations - you should read through them and make sure you are meeting all the extra requirements.
