Hi, I have been helped so much by other people sharing their work, that I was wondering how I could give a little back, and thought of this.
I haven't used it for a while as I don't have these clients any longer, but an accountant friend of mine made this for me when I had a lady whose child came at different times and days.
You can enter two different rates, one normal 'N' and one special 'S' and the invoice will calculate to the minutes too if you need that.
I used to use it as my attendance register also and just have the one piece of paperwork.
Anyway, I hope someone finds it useful.
If you save the original you will then be able to play around with a copy until you are used to it. You need to enter hours in 24 hour format and using : between hours and minutes e.g. 07:30 not 7.30.
