SEF, Obs, Planning Help - Blind Panic!!

Hi,

I've just had my pre-reg visit & am wanting to get all my SEF forms, obs, planning ready but am just completely daunted by it all & don't know where to start.

I might be being really thick or over thinking things but where ever I look & read things are different & its making me really anxious :(

It's a marathon not a sprint! Take it one step at a time, work on one job and then move on to the next tweaking as you go.

You can't do the SEF until you have worked for a while but you can make notes about the things you are doing to improve your provision - you can use these to put into your SEF in the future.

You'll be fine! :D

Don't panic - trying to do everything at once will seem daunting so just take things one step at a time.

Sarah's given you good advice and she writes some good ebooks too. :thumbsup:

Thanks, i'll have another look at everything.

I just don't know where to start, I can't find anything on Ofsted either :( I've never had to do anything like this in previous careers
