Hi all, I'm Debbie - currently in the process of registering with Ofsted, I'm just waiting for CRB to come back and I'll be off!
I already have two potential children lined up so I'm desperately trying to get everything together so I can start as soon as I have my certificate in my hand!
I'm trying to find some help/advice/templates on the forms that childminders use when a child starts at their setting. I.e, Initial Child Registration Froms. I know this needs to include child's details, parental responsibilty, emergency contacts along with permission forms.
I wondered if any one has a proforma I could have a look at so I can get my own designed. I can't find any on the internet as when I type in initial registration it only gives me information on Ofsted and I've done that bit!
