Book about bodies?

Morning all,

DS (who is 5 next month) has started to ask loads of questions about the human body and what's inside. Just this week he's asked how babies get their food and drink when they are inside mummy's tummy, where the bladder is and how the wee gets out and what the blue lines are on his wrist.

With his birthday approaching and the inevitable 'what does Oliver want for his birthday' questions that are going to come our way, I thought some kind of 'body' book might interest him.

Question is, can anyone recommend one?
