Next question.... I knwo my husband and children are not visitors (although they can treat the place like they are sometimes :laughing: ), but would you write in your visitors book if they were home, or keep a record of it somewhere else? Or do we just ignore their existence?

i dont no of anybody who records when family members come and go.

I don't record family members like that - but if my dd's nana comes for a visit I do record these kind of family members IYSWIM?

I dont, i just assume that ofsted know they are on their records that we dont need to, hope this is the case anyway:D

I would think that regular family member who live at the address are fine:)

I don't log family members who live in the household.
Had my inspection in January and that was fine

I dont put my family that live with me but if my mum or dad arrive then i do with them

have to say i agree with foxy family don;t need to be logged
know what you mean about them acting like vistors the word HOTEL comes to mind:laughing:

I wouldn't sign in family members who live in the household either

Thank you all x I thought that would be the answer but I just wanted to check.... I always get all these silly little questions popping up in my head and just feel happier to have them answered and you lot are all so wonderful at doing that :clapping:
