Just finalising paperwork for Monday. Below I have listed the RA's I have done. Are these ok? Can anyone think of any others I need?

Each room used for childminding
Equipment
Garden
Park
School Run
Swim Lesson
Walk into Village

This seems fine. I risk assess anywhere I take the children to on a regular basis then do one-off places before we go.

You got it all, on the risk assessment you could also add you will do visual check daily basis for any risk that will be usefull too.:thumbsup:

All looks good to me, only thing I would add is a statement saying your RA is always ongoing everywhere you attend / go .;)
