Hi
Im trying to write my working in partnership with other agencies and professionals policy and finding it hard to word it or what to include in it. Has anyone done this and could help me?
I know to include other settings such as pre-school, nurseries, schools, other professsionals such as health visitors, social services, other agencies such as children centres etc.
If someone could help me, that would be great . thanx
