risk assesment for soft play

Hi, Does anyone have a risk assesment for soft play they wouldnt mind sharing please? Stuck thanks

hi i check that all the exits are safe and cannot be opened by lo's, the areas are clean and free from any hazards, enough space for the children to move around ie chairs and tables are not blocking any areas by the soft play activities, and that i have full view of the children while they are inside the slides and ballpools etc.

cleanliness, toilets, access to other adults, height of equipment, guidance for age on specific equipment, you could talk about supervision, support for individual children, all going to toilets together, etc
