hi my parents ask me if i could take c swimming once a week while iv only got her as my other child has finish till sept now i dont mine but wot policy would i need and something for the parent 2 sign does anyone take there childminded children swimmin xx

Bromley Childminding association have one, although I have never used it. I would also get a permission form filled in as well.

Bromely web site brilliant makeyour own policy and ask mum to sign. You have to watch the ratio when you are in the water!!!!:D good luck let us know how you did! X
