I think it's for all of us Veronica, it's what I have been hearing / reading for some time.

It's just nice to get it in writing so we have some idea what we are aiming towards :D

Thank you Sarah. That makes many points that are in an Ofsted presentation shared in the members area of NCMA so quite sure it's meant for childminders too.

I was due in January - it annoys me that I was an early EYFS inspection and now and early revised EYFS inspection too!!

From what I've just read sounds like we will now be responsible for our own crbs, and even though ofsted can get away with not doing them, I doubt we will be able to use cost as an excuse, bang goes another 70 odd quid:angry:

thanks Sarah. I think mine will be fairly rapid after September (3years was up in February this year but I already had one EYFS inspection) so will be waiting for the call .

Shame the judgements remain the same and the 'satisfactory' judgement in particular Never quite like the term

mine was due october 2011 ! i was one of the first EYFS inspections ... bet i end up being one of the first again :panic:

i'm going to spend august moving everyone over to the revised eyfs ... once i've worked it out! has anyone seen anywhere the development matters with ALL areas for each age range on one ( or two ) pages? thats what i've been using for the past 3 years or so! looks like i might have to devote some time to creating my own!
