Hello everyone, its that sad time of the year when litttle ones are moving on, and i have one going to school. i am after a school transfer sheet. has any one got one i could have a copy of or know where i could get a copy from?

I just write a few notes about some of the experiences the child has had with me and how fab they are... then a little bit about things we are working on next :D

Thank you. i have an assessment paper i thought id use...was given it at revised eyfs training last week.what do you think...just cross out 2yr assessment.
