Well, I'm dieting AGAIN from tomorrow morning! Ha ha!
I was supposed to be doing the Cambridge Diet by now but for various reasons I'm unable to do that so here's my plan!
For breakfast and lunch I will have a bowl of cereal only, in between main meals I will only eat fruit. For dinner I will have a 'normal' meal but a lot less of it than I normally would, always accompanying it with salad or veg and absolutely NO snacking in the evening!
I hope this works as I can't be bothered to count calories or points because I'm finding that too boring and tedious!
I will also do a pilates workout every evening and my Charlie Brooks DVD on both Saturday and Sunday.
Surely I can stick with this this time? I'm getting so cross with myself at not being in control of what I eat - how ridiculous is that!
Oh well, I have evidence typed here now that I'm giving this a go so I'll let you know how I get on.
